  • What address do I mail my watch to?
    The mailing address is listed here, in the contact us page.
  • How long does it take to provide me with an estimate?
    We try to provide estimates as soon as possible, but the timeline generally depends on the issue with the watch or clock. Usually, estimates are compiled within one week of receipt of the watch.
  • What kind of shipping method should I use for sending my watch?
    We are not liable for any transport issues and we recommend that you choose insurance for your shipment. The rest of the shipping parameters depend on how fast you would like us to receive the watch.
  • Are the estimates free of charge?
    The estimates are free of charge only if you decide to repair the watch, otherwise we charge a $15 estimate fee.
  • Is there a warranty associated with the jobs that you do?
    While we strive to provide excellent work to all of our customers, we understand that sometimes things go amiss. This is why we offer full warranty for all of our jobs (labor and parts) for 1 year.
  • How do I provide payment?
    We support payment in the form of checks. Please make your check payable to Direct Watch Repair and mail to the address listed in the contact us page.
  • Do you accept credit card payments?
    While we are currently working on supporting credit card payments, we cannot accept credit cards at the moment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this might have caused you.
